The Cape to Cape Watershed Council, located in Netarts Oregon, is an organization dedicated to the betterment and protection of the lands within the Netarts Bay Littoral Cell. From Cape Meares to Cape Lookout, the council focuses its energy on restoration efforts, data collection, and technical assistance to the neighboring watersheds and other community groups. Partners of the council include WEBS, the Tillamook Bay Watershed Council, the Nestucca-Neskowin watershed council, Tillamook County, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, Oregon State Parks, and others.
